1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and h9game ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the h9game website located at h9game.app, including all associated mobile applications, games, betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and any other services made available by h9game (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the h9game platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with h9game's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the h9game platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they use the Services:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual person, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impairment.
• You have not previously been excluded from h9game or any associated gaming platform.
• You are not employed by h9game, nor are you an immediate family member of a h9game employee.
• You are not a professional sports player, referee, or official in a sport on which you are attempting to place a bet.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of h9game services — including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and bonus participation — you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the h9game platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any such details change.

h9game operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of your registered mobile number (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account)
• Bank account statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the withdrawal account
• A selfie holding your CNIC, as requested by the h9game compliance team

h9game reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by h9game may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

h9game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your h9game PKR wallet upon confirmed clearance from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically clear within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing times. h9game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit ("same-source withdrawal policy"), subject to KYC verification being fully completed. h9game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as displayed on the withdrawal page within your h9game account at the time of request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe following KYC approval, typically within a few hours for mobile wallet withdrawals during business hours.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• h9game reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000, which may extend processing times.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals in USDT TRC20 are converted from PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

h9game offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, crash game promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all h9game bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified players who are at least 21 years of age.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the h9game platform are final once confirmed. h9game operates a strict no-cancellation policy on confirmed bets. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and markets before confirming any wager.

h9game reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, under any of the following circumstances:

• Where a bet has been placed at odds that are demonstrably erroneous due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled beyond the period specified in the applicable sport-specific betting rules.
• Where h9game has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.
• Where a bet was placed after an event has already commenced and the live-betting feed failed to correctly reflect the in-play status.

All casino game outcomes on the h9game platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of perceived unfairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h9game platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the h9game platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with h9game games or betting markets in a manner not sanctioned by h9game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the h9game platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations imposed by h9game.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer game format available on the platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider without first contacting h9game support. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent activity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the h9game platform — including but not limited to the h9game brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, icons, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of h9game or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h9game platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the h9game platform without the prior written consent of h9game.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

h9game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with h9game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your CNIC details, mobile number, email address, transaction history, and gameplay data — is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of h9game's services. h9game does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

h9game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner. The platform recognises that while the vast majority of players enjoy h9game's services responsibly, a minority may experience difficulties, and h9game takes its duty of care to those players seriously.

11 Limitation of Liability

h9game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your h9game account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h9game makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. h9game is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

12 Termination & Account Suspension

h9game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• At the request of the player (voluntary account closure).
• At the direction of h9game's licensing authority or a competent law enforcement body.
• Where continued operation of the account would constitute a regulatory or legal risk to h9game.

Upon termination of your account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to h9game.

13 Amendments to These Terms

h9game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, h9game will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or by h9game's licensing authority.

Your continued use of the h9game platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which h9game holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through h9game's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body.
